For companies that would like to promote their service in the field of Erosion and Sediment Control, the conference committee would like to extend the following sponsorship opportunities and packages outside of the trade show. These opportunities would be perfect for suppliers, consulting firms & construction companies to connect with developers and builders.
We are pleased to offer two types of opportunities to be able to cater to differing budgets and desired exposure. The first opportunity will be to sponsor individual conference services such as the tea & coffee station, BBQ lunch, evening reception and transportation to the field demonstrations. The second opportunity offers marketing exposure on conference material and handouts.

Sponsorship of Conference Services
Over the two days of the conference the following opportunities are available:
Day 1
Item 1 - BBQ Lunch - cost value $1000
Item 2 - Morning Tea & Coffee - cost value $300
Item 3 - Afternoon Tea & Coffee - cost value $150
Day 2
Item 4 - Morning Tea & Coffee - cost value $300
Item 5 - Sponsorship of field transportation - cost value $650
At each of these items there will be differing amounts of room available to setup display boards, company bios, brochure material and speaker opportunities. If you are interested in sponsoring any of these conference services please contact the conference committee phone as below.

Three levels of packages are available as outlined below. Each of these packages offers a variety of opportunities to promote your company and services to the industry. A cutoff date of October 18th does apply for all printed media to facilitate publishing.
